Chrome plating is a coating process used to provide high hardness and high resistance. It is applied to the surfaces of components exposed to friction and surface wear, with the purpose of reducing temperature and increasing the service life of the component. The chromium surface treatment is carried out according to standard procedures, and the final inspection is performed by evaluating hardness, roughness, coating thickness, and dimensional control.

Chromium is one of the hardest metals. On the Rockwell scale, it ranges between 60 and 68, while diamond is rated at 100.

Scratch resistance also depends on the hardness of the material onto which the chromium coating is applied.

We also provide welding and metal fabrication services, with a specialized and qualified team for the recovery of structural components in Reach Stacker equipment.

This includes the repair and restoration of spreaders, towers, cracks, and structural fissures.

In 2022, we acquired specialized Italian equipment designed for performing field machining services. Field machining is carried out directly at the customer’s site, unlike machining performed internally. Equipment commonly used by competitors performs the machining process, followed by welding services, and then a second machining operation afterward.

Our equipment, however, is capable of performing both machining and welding in a single setup, resulting in significant time optimization and allowing the equipment to be returned to operation quickly for the customer.

Sealing is a major challenge in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Seals must not only prevent fluid leakage from the cylinder, but also withstand high pressures, extreme temperatures, and transverse forces inside the cylinder. In such applications, the function of hydraulic sealing goes far beyond simply preventing leaks.
